Haley Yachts is a Florida yacht brokerage operating under One Water Yacht Group (OWYG). This policy explains what information we collect when you use haleyyachts.com (and haleymarine.com), how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, reach us at clark@haleyyachts.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or request a yacht valuation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, country, and any details you share about a yacht or your buying or selling plans.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our analytics providers collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, time on page, and how you arrived at the site.

How we collect it

Forms. Our contact and valuation forms are processed through Formsubmit, which delivers your submission to us by email so we can respond.
Cookies and analytics. We use cookies and similar technologies through the analytics tools described below.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiries and valuation requests.
To provide yacht brokerage services, including buying and selling support.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
To follow up with you about listings or services relevant to your request.

Cookies and tracking

We use the following:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure site traffic and how visitors use our pages.
Microsoft Clarity to understand site behavior through aggregated session activity, including heatmaps and session recordings of how visitors interact with pages.

These tools set cookies and collect usage data. You can control cookies directly through your browser settings, which let you block, delete, or be warned about cookies, including the non-essential ones these analytics tools use. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and you can opt out of Microsoft Clarity by managing cookies through your browser or by using Microsoft's privacy controls at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. We do not currently use an on-site cookie-consent banner; cookie choices are managed through these browser and provider controls.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

OWYG affiliates where needed to provide brokerage services.
Service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you, including Formsubmit, Google, and Microsoft, who handle data only as needed for those services.
Legal and safety reasons, if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email us at clark@haleyyachts.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

Our site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised.
